This is what our trainees say about ENERGY8

I attended an ENERGY8 teaser session. I learned new ways to use energy in teams, project and organizations. It was very inspiring to see that energy can be canalised as a group by simple means that we used in the workshop. Also I learned that by staying close to peoples and own drives, positive energy can easily be used for shared visions and goals. It is easy to get to know people by talking about what gives energy (in stead of talking about resumes). Focus on what is, here and present, and use the positive energy to move forward.

I have just returned from an ENERGY8-training in Holland. What I liked very much about ENERGY8:

  • It is all about the ‘taste’ of various types of energy in organizations and in the groups and individuals in these organizations (the model derives 8 energy patterns from Jung’s concept of archetypes).
  • Facilitators are very good. Even if they make a survey they do NOT interpret the data for the people, but facilitate the process of interpretation by the people.
  • From an ENERGY8 point of view organizations are organisms full of energy, they are organisms in which various types of energy are vibrating in resonance or dissonance.
  • The process that is facilitated might be very small (small group) or quite big 1000++.
  • They do not discuss but dialogue during the whole process. And although a experienced faciitator can certainly bring the process to a ‘deeper level’, the basic setup is easy enough that it seems to ‘always work’.
