We offer four different variations of the Energy8 assessment: for organizations, teams, customers and projects.

We invite people (from 6 to more than 10.000) to answer four straightforward questions online (usually less then 10 minutes). From their answers, the Energy8® instrument then creates unique Magic Maps of teams, departments and organization. Participants feel at ease as no individual feedback is generated.

The Magic Maps are input for several Energy8® workshops. During the workshop collective understanding of the organizations identity, collective drives and desired transformation emerges. An essential step-stone for creating high-performance cultures. We stimulate group members to enter into a dialogue, gain insights together, come to conclusions and agree on how to take action. It’s this collective experience that creates necessary commitment for action. The basic set-up is easy, it always works!

For an Energy8® assessment with a smaller group (up to 10 participants), we use iPads™ to combine the Energy8® assessment and workshop in one day time-frame. Participants fill out questionnaires on iPads™ and the Magic Map is immediately visible and presented with the projector. The dialogue is structured by the facilitator. During the workshop collective understanding of the teams identity, collective drives and desired transformation emerges. An essential step-stone for creating high-performance cultures. We stimulate group members to enter into a dialogue, gain insights together, come to conclusions and agree on how to take action. A huge ’energy boost’ for each team!

An Energy8® assessment with your customers is the most sophisticated methodology available today to uncover why customers behave the way they do. It identifies their unstated needs and wants. This is in sharp contrast to traditional market research that relies specifically on what people say through opinion surveys, focus groups or interviews to forecast behaviors. The assessment digs under the rational reasoning of your customers, to uncover the true emotional roots of their opinions and behaviors. Confronting the Magic Map of your clients and the Magic Map of your organization creates the change journey!
