Together we carefully prepare the transformation initiative. We invite your people to answer four straightforward questions online (usually less then 10 minutes). From their answers, the ENERGY8 tool then creates a unique ‘self-portrait’ of your team, department or organization. The report mirrors the organization’s ‘DNA’. Participants feel at ease as no individual feedback is generated.
During the ENERGY8 workshop we focus on understanding the roots of the complex organizational issues that your unique ENERGY8 report shows. We stimulate group members to enter into a dialogue, gain insights together, come to conclusions and agree on how to take action. It’s this collective experience that creates the necessary commitment for action.
After the workshop we work with you to further facilitate the transition. Some organizations repeat the ENERGY8 approach every year. We’ve seen this process work again and again, unleashing positive energy and leading to better overall results.
