In cooperation with ‘Gewoon aan de Slag’ we developed a radical new 2-day workshop for (management) teams. Using the latest insights from organizational and social sciences we can support you in renewing the organization and at the same time reduce costs.
We created ENERGY8 on the iPad. Imagine 10 people in a room, 10 iPads with the ENERGY8 questionnaire enabling us to produce and project the ENERGY8 report during a workshop, on-the-fly. Amazing, fun, inspiring and a great dialogue starter!
Together with ICLA, our E8 partner in Albania, we have translated the ENERGY8 tool / reports into Albanian, the first OD-tool in Albanian:) We already have ENERGY8 in English, Spanish, German, French, Dutch and Romanian.
How could ENERGY8 work in a broader context: communities, villages, neighborhoods? We organized a conversation with 15-20 people to talk about a specific approach for communities.

An inspiring workshop with 250 people from a health care organization in the Netherlands. Objective was to start a dialogue about personal drives related to the new vision. Great conversations, discoveries and actions.
